About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Supply Chain Manager to take full responsibility for the flow of goods in and out of our organisation. In this role, you will lead the logistics team and the Quality Control department, ensuring that inbound goods, stock handling, pick and pack processes, outbound shipments, returns, and quality standards are managed efficiently and consistently.

A key part of this role is to improve and streamline operational processes across the warehouse and QC areas. You will identify bottlenecks, implement practical improvements, improve workflow efficiency, and create clear, scalable ways of working as the company continues to grow.

You will be part of the management team and play an important role in planning, operational development, and strategic decision-making within the company.

This is a full-time position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the logistics team and the Quality Control department

  • Oversee inbound goods, stock handling, pick and pack processes, outbound shipments, and returns

  • Manage import shipments and customs documentation

  • Improve warehouse efficiency, workflow structure, and operational processes

  • Streamline pick and pack processes to improve accuracy, speed, and service levels

  • Implement clear procedures, process standards, and practical ways of working across logistics and QC

  • Identify bottlenecks in daily operations and drive hands-on improvements

  • Maintain quality control, safety, compliance, and service standards

  • Handle customer issues and logistics-related complaints

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Service to improve cross-departmental efficiency

  • Review invoices and manage operational administration

  • Ensure environmental and sustainability compliance


Your profile

  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management

  • Strong knowledge of import/export and customs procedures

  • Demonstrated experience in improving warehouse, logistics, or operational processes

  • Experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional activities is a strong plus

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills

  • Ability to create structure, simplify workflows, and implement practical process improvements

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented leadership style with the ability to work both strategically and operationally

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
